Project properties

The project identification and information properties are described in the following table grouped by property set name.

Contract Additional Info property set
Contact Person	String	Contact person within the contractor organization for the current contract.
Contract Full Name	String	Full name of the current contract. Required if the ProjectName property is required.
Contractor Name	String	Selectable from table Vendor or can be entered manually.
Due Date	Date	Due date of the current contract.
Notes	Memo	Remarks about the current contract.
ProjectAdditionalInfo property set
Comments	Memo	Remarks about the current project.
Description	String	Description of the current project.
End Date	Date	End date of the current project.
Project Class	String	Selectable type of project from table Project Classes.
Project Full Name	String	Full name of the current project.
Start Date	Date	Start date of the current project.
Work Order Number	String	Work order number applicable to the current project.
ProjectInfo property set
Approved At	Date	The automatically calculated date when this document was last approved.
Approved By	String	The automatically calculated last person who approved this document
Checked At	Date	The automatically calculated date when this document was last checked
Checked By	String	The automatically calculated last person who checked this document.
Job	String	The job name to which a document last belonged.
Project	String	The last project name to which a document belonged.
Project Document Only	Boolean	Indicates that a document is for project use only and should not be released as a master document.
Project Folder	String	The last project folder to which a document belonged. Selectable from table ProjectFolders.
Project Type	String	The automatically calculated project type to which a document belongs.
Revision Derived From	String	The automatically calculated last revision from which a document was derived.
Routing sheet	String	The current or last routing sheet to which this document belonged. Calculated as <UserInitials>-<SequenceNumber> upon assignment of a routing sheet.
